Our Manufacturing Process

Our process begins with the careful selection of premium raw materials. We source the highest-purity aluminum oxide, ensuring that the starting material is of the utmost quality. This step is crucial in achieving the superior characteristics and performance associated with our White Fused Alumina.
The selected aluminum oxide undergoes a precise melting and fusion process in electric arc furnaces. The temperatures reached in these furnaces are exceptionally high, exceeding 2000 degrees Celsius. This extreme heat causes the raw material to undergo a controlled fusion process, transforming it into molten alumina.
Once the fusion process is complete, the molten alumina is carefully cooled to allow it to solidify. The controlled cooling stage is essential for forming the desired crystalline structure and maintaining the purity of the White Fused Alumina.
The solidified alumina is then carefully crushed and milled to achieve the desired particle sizes. This step is crucial for obtaining the specific characteristics required for different applications, such as abrasives, refractories, ceramics, and more.
